Payment Policy

Showcase Web Sites are provided in a pay-as-you-go fashion. There are no contracts and no set-up fees for the core product. The service is provided on a one-month pre-pay system. Your credit card will be billed for the next months' service a few days prior to that month. You can cancel at any time, but there are no refunds on pre-paid service.

If your payment cannot be completed, your site will be "inactivated" from the administrative side only. Your web site will function normally for your web site visitors, but you will not be able to make any changes to your web site until your account is brought up to date.

If you prefer to make other payment arrangements, contact your sales representative about available options. We strongly encourage customers to use the one-month credit card pre-pay system.

Some additional services are available. Examples of these services include Custom Web Design, Personalized Setup, Search Engine Optimization Workshops, etc. These services are one-time charges which will be payable upon completion of the service. A deposit may be required, and there are no refunds for these services. However, customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we will do everything within reason to make you satisfied.
